A/C dynamic/static scroll plate for NEVs
The dynamic/static scroll plates are core components of the scroll compressor for A/C system of NEVs, which are collectively referred to as the scroll plate. The dynamic scroll plate takes an eccentric rotary translational involute pattern, while the static scroll plate takes a fixed involute pattern. These two scroll plates in the compressor, which feature dual-function characteristics curves, engage with each other, and thus pose a very high requirements for machining accuracy.
