FMS line (i.e. flexible manufacturing system line), a kind of highly automated flexible production line system mainly consisting of CNC machine tools, robots, auto conveying systems and computer control systems, which are working in coordination and collaboration to achieve flexible production.
Automated Gearbox Production Line
- This FMS line, consisting of 3D vision system, RFID, laser marking system, stacker, fixture changer, ground rail robot, mother-daughter board zero positioning system, loading station and flexible production management system, realizes automatic connection of 7 vertical machining centers and 1 horizontal machining center, and supports simultaneous automated production of 40 kinds of products such as gearboxes, bearing housings and planetary carriers.
